Unfortunately not true. Once you buy a domain from us (or indeed from anywhere else) it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to fully update across the internet (this period is called propagation).
This happens when you purchase your domain millions of servers worldwide need to be updated with the information.
However, in the vast majority of cases your domain will be live within a few hours.
All of our sites come with a “Coming Soon” placeholder so anyone visiting your domain will know that you are “live” but under construction.
